Terms of service overview. SynapseOps provides a governed analytics platform, customer-controlled deployment model, and associated portal, onboarding, licensing, and support services.
Use of the platform is subject to the applicable commercial agreement, deployment scope, licensing model, and any support or onboarding terms agreed between SynapseOps and the customer organisation.
Customers remain responsible for their own source systems, user access decisions, security controls, data governance, and the suitability of the platform for their intended operational and regulatory use cases.
Any bespoke integrations, enterprise rollout support, or branded AI experiences should be scoped and agreed separately as part of the commercial process.
