Privacy policy overview. SynapseOps is designed around customer-controlled deployment, governed analytics, and clear operational boundaries between customer data and cloud services.

Customer data remains within the customer-controlled environment and tenancy unless explicitly configured otherwise. Operational, onboarding, and licensing data may be processed through SynapseOps portal services to support deployment, entitlement, billing, and support workflows.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any deployment of SynapseOps aligns with their internal security, retention, privacy, and regulatory obligations. Where AI features are enabled, customers should apply appropriate governance, access control, and user training for sensitive or regulated data.
